Christmas is right around the corner. Sooner than I expected to be honest. I cant believe how fast time has gone. And my birthday is right around the corner after that. I hate having a birthday so close to Christmas. People like to mush my birthday and Christmas into one gift. Which is lame. I dont know about you, but holidays are always a bit depressing to me. My family's always been a bit broken appart so we dont exactly have 'family dinners' and 'family time'. I wish I did, others have told me that I'm lucky. But it saddens me some. Be thankful for the wonderful famlies you are all blessed to have. And love the ones who are a long ways away. Happy Holidays!

Blogger's Question: What is your favorite holiday and why?

ya it sucks to have your birthday near Christmas. At least it's not as bad having it on the same day as Christmas like one of my friends lol
Happy Holidays :)

Luckily my birthday is two weeks after Christmas, so people don't have the excuse to lump them together but I get to take advantage of the after Christmas sales.

I hope your holidays go better than expected. I still need to buy presents but it's tough while unemployed.

I do like Christmas because everybody seems to be in great mood and I enjoy seeing people I didn't see in a long time. But I think I still prefer New Years Eve for the great parties!

I never really thought about what my favorite holiday was. Maybe Halloween I guess if it counts. The atmosphere is amazing. :)

Happy Holidays to you too! I prefer Christmas, as I get to spend time with family. You could also invite your friends over to have your own Christmas celebration, you know.

I think Holidays take a dip in how fun they are between ages 14 and 28, give or take for the person involved. I am just now coming around to liking holidays again.
